As part of the development of partnerships and international exchange of experience, representatives of EnergoFront, together with specialists from Russian generating companies, visited a number of leading Chinese factories of pumping equipment and fluid couplings capable of meeting all the energy needs of Russia: Sanghai Kaiquan Pump (Group) Co.Ltd., Hunan M&W Energy Saving Technology&Science Co Ltd, Dalian Hydraulic Machinery Co.Ltd.
Sanghai Kaiquan Pump (Group) Co.Ltd
Kaiquan Pump was founded in 1990 and today has 5 factories with a total area of more than 7,000,000 m2. Kaiquan Pump ranks 1st in pump production in China.
Kaiquan Pump Factory, located in Shanghai and specializing in the production of feed pumps, is a leading enterprise in the pumping industry in China. The plant is home to the Hydraulic Research Institute, which has more than 40 employees engaged in fundamental research into pump hydraulic power, analysis, optimization and special research into the hydraulic model.
The Kaiquan Pump plant in Shanghai has the largest test rig in Asia, with a basin capacity of 13,000 m3. The stand allows hot water testing (250°C) of pumps with a maximum inlet/outlet diameter of 4500 mm, a maximum electric motor supply voltage of 10 kV and a maximum direct start power of 15000 kW
The Energofront company, being the exclusive representative and certified service provider of Kaiquan Pump for feed pumps in Russia, offers for consideration the supply of (T) DG pumps produced by Kaiquan Pump to replace feed pumps of the PE150, PE270, PE380, PE580, PE720. The maximum production time for a feed pump is 150-210 days depending on the type and capacity. With the supply of equipment, EnergoFront provides services for supervising installation of pumps, commissioning of pumps with subsequent warranty service.
As part of the exchange of experience, Kaiquan Pump organized a visit to the CHP located on the territory of the metallurgical enterprise in the province of Luzhou. The station is equipped with nutrients (357 m3/h, 1957m), as well as network and condensate pumps manufactured by Kaiquan Pump. The equipment has been in constant work for more than 5 years, there are no complaints about the quality of the equipment from the operating personnel. Maintenance of pumps is carried out by Kaiquan Pump specialists under a service contract.
Hunan M&W Energy Saving Technology&Science Co.Ltd
M&W was founded in 1992. The M&W plant is located in Changsha province, specializes in double-entry pumps type D (on request up to 150°C) and is a leading enterprise in the pumping industry in China for this type of pump. The plant has a full production cycle and has its own foundry. The M&W plant manufactures pumps and components for all global manufacturers of pumping equipment such as Sulzer, KSB, Grundfos, WILO, etc. The maximum production time for large pumps is 90-120 days.
Dalian Hydraulic Machinery Co.Ltd.
Dalian was founded in 1978 and began its activities with the production of fluid couplings under license from VOITH (Germany) and under license from Fluidrive (England). Dalian Factory is a leading fluid coupling manufacturing enterprise in China. Geographically, the plant is located in the city of Dalian and covers an area of 60,000 m2. Dalian's main customers are blower and compressor manufacturers, steel and nuclear industries. The plant provides a maximum production time of a standard fluid coupling of 4-6 months. Steel castings are produced in cooperation with partners, and aluminum blanks are cast independently. The plant provides an independent full cycle of parts processing. All equipment is tested on a bench before shipment. The power of produced fluid couplings is up to 6.5 MW at 3000 rpm. With the supply of equipment, EnergoFront provides services for supervising installation of hydraulic couplings, commissioning and subsequent warranty service.
