Delivery of electric motors for the needs of Zainskaya GRES JSC Tatenergo
The branch of JSC Tatenergo, Zainskaya GRES, is the largest thermal condensation power plant in Tatarstan, located in the city of Zainsk near the Zainsk reservoir on the Zai River. It is the largest producer of electricity in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Since 2010, EnergoFront has been supplying pumping equipment and electric motors for Zainskaya GRES. One of the company's key projects in the field of drive technology for this plant was the supply of high-voltage electric motors as part of the overhaul of power units No. 5 and No. 6, namely:

4AZM-3150/6000-UHL4 - 3 units
Target tasks of the supply:

replacement of the expired standard service life of the electric motor;
-
commissioning of modern energy-saving equipment;
-
installation of a new electric motor for the existing dimensions and connection dimensions of the old foundation.
A key feature of the project was the implementation of comprehensive tests, including both mandatory high-voltage tests and verification of the performance of electric motors under load directly on the production site.
We represented the interests of our long-time trusted partner NPO ELSIB PJSC, a leading Russian manufacturer of high-voltage electric motors, which has non-destructive testing laboratories and unique test benches for a full cycle of inspections, including load tests.
When conducting control tests with the participation of the Customer's representative:

the temperature regime of the stator winding and bearings complies with the standards;

the vibration level does not exceed the permissible values;
-
the test report was signed without any comments.
The project was carried out under tight time constraints due to the schedule of major repairs of the power units. Despite this, all four electric motors were delivered on time.
Upon completion of the delivery, EnergeFront's service specialists will provide supervision of the installation and commissioning.
