Participation of EnergoFront in the implementation of the program "increasing reliability" at the RusHydro facility "Neryungrinskaya SDPP"

In January 2022, the contractor JSC Khabarovsk Repair and Installation Company held a tender for the right to supply high-voltage electric motors for the needs of the Neryungrinsky State District Power Plant. According to the results of the competitive procedure, EnergoFront's application was recognized as the best.

Due to the short time for repair work, as well as the approved plan for shutting down the equipment for the replacement of electric motors on draft-blowing mechanisms, the task to significantly reduce the time for production and shipment of two-speed electric motors of the 2ADO series was set to EnergoFront by the Customer. Active work is underway with the manufacturing plant to optimize the timing of equipment production.

The main tasks to be solved within the framework of the program are to improve the reliability of Neryungrinskaya SDPP:

• replacement of the obsolete and exhausted two-speed electric motor DAZO2-17-44-8/10U1 of the VDN-26 blower fan, while maintaining the foundation and ensuring the unification of blower fan electric motors;

• replacement of the obsolete and exhausted two-speed electric motor DAZO2-18-76-8/10U1 of the VDN-32B blower fan, while maintaining the foundation and ensuring the unification of blower fan electric motors

EnergoFront specialists, together with the NPO ELSIB PAO plant, selected electric motors 2ADO-S-1250/800-6000-8/10-R-U1, 2ADO-630/400-6000-8-R-U1 to drive blower fans. The motors are manufactured in compliance with all overall and connecting dimensions for installation on existing foundations, which ensures the unification of electric motors, and also minimizes the cost of installation work.

Upon delivery of the equipment, the service specialists of EnergoFront, as an official service partner, will carry out installation supervision and commissioning supervision of electric motors manufactured by PJSC "ELSIB" NPO, which will comply with warranty requirements.
