Restoration of power unit No. 3 of Berezovskaya State District Power Plant

Natural disasters, accidents and other force majeure situations at manufacturing facilities can result in the loss or serious damage to company equipment. Carrying out serious and high-quality work is simply necessary for large-scale restoration of production. Only a qualified partner, having previously been directly in production, is able to offer an effective solution in a short time. An important role is played by the quality of the supplied equipment, its compatibility and wear resistance during operation.
In February 2016, power unit No. 3 of the Berezovskaya State District Power Plant was emergency shut down due to a fuel oil fire, as a result of which it was taken out for repairs. The completion of restoration work is scheduled for 2018.
A year after the disaster, the team of EnergoFront LLC entered into an agreement with the machine-building plant JSC Tyazhmash for the supply of electric motors ADOT-1000-6000-12U3 produced by NPO ELSIB PJSC to drive mill-fans, type MV-3400/900/490. Electric motors will be put into operation in the 3rd power unit of Berezovskaya State District Power Plant (Unipro branch). The delivery and shipment of equipment to the station is planned for the end of August 2017, followed by installation supervision work by department specialists.

We carried out all the technical work and took into account all the customer’s requirements. Having worked for a relatively short time, an accident occurred at the enterprise in 2015, as a result of which production stopped. The management of the enterprise was satisfied with our work before, so in 2017 we are again supplying the same equipment according to the already developed technical requirements.
