PRODUCTION AND PROCESS ASSESSMENT

• Study of the processes of the existing production complex;
• Analysis of the current state of main equipment and auxiliary engineering systems;
• Familiarization with the Customer’s production and operational practices in the context of the equipment used;
  
• Project analysis examining the requirements of the production process for the construction of a new facility;
  
• Preliminary assessment of the specified equipment;
  
• Together with the Customer, a statement of the goals of the proposed project.
  

DEVELOPMENT OF PROCESS SPECIFICATIONS

• Description of the project boundaries;
• Modeling and optimization of production processes with the development of the necessary operating modes of a complex of functional equipment;
• Determination of the equipment composition with a description of alternatives available to the Customer;
• Preliminary architectural, construction and layout solutions;
• Estimation of the budget and timing of the project;
• Description of possible risks during the implementation process and the formation of a plan to minimize them.
