The competitiveness of a company in the market, in addition to the obvious parameters, is also determined by the professional skills of its employees. Improving everyone’s performance is the primary management objective for most companies.
Systematic and regular testing of employee competencies improves the quality of the company’s work as a whole, and also has a positive effect on employee motivation and their professional growth.
Employees of EnergoFront LLC passed annual certification to determine the level of professional knowledge and compliance with company standards. Employees of key departments of the company, including the regional office in Astana, took part in the certification. The overall results of the certification once again showed positive dynamics in the development of key competencies of project managers and department heads, strengthening their responsibility for the performance of their official duties and increasing initiative in solving complex and non-standard tasks. Taking into account the data obtained, the company will create a set of educational programs and trainings to qualitatively improve knowledge and skills in key areas of activity.

“The EnergoFront LLC team is certified according to regulations annually at the end of January. Certification takes place in the form of a dialogue in the presence of the company’s shareholders. We present financial and technical developments for the coming year, taking into account the slightest technical features and subtleties of projects. Certification allows you to understand not only how the staff works, what pain points there are in the company, where the manager is growing, but also stimulates him to improve his competence. Every year new tasks appear, we need to understand new customer requirements and learn new things.
