A partnership agreement was signed between EnergoFront and NGC (Nanjing High-Speed & Accurate Gear Group Co., Ltd.), a leading manufacturer of industrial gearboxes in China.
NGC was founded in 1969. Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2007 under the name “China Transmission” and ranked 658th in the ranking. Specializes in the production of gearboxes for wind energy, railway vehicles, industrial and robotic gearboxes. It has representative offices in more than 60 countries, has 442 patents and is among the TOP 100 most competitive companies in Chinese engineering.
For more than a year, the parties agreed on the basic terms of the partnership, which will be the basis for the fulfillment of mutual obligations. Based on the agreement, a partner certificate was issued and a territory was assigned for promoting products with exclusive rights. Having assessed each other’s technical and commercial potential, the parties look forward to long-term mutually beneficial cooperation and further development of relations.
