Supply of high-voltage electric motors for the needs of JSC “DGK”

As part of the competition for the right to supply high-voltage electric motors for the needs of JSC DGK, our Company’s application was recognized as fully complying with the technical requirements of the Customer, and during the auction EnergoFront offered a price offer with the lowest cost of equipment. Based on the results of the procedure, we were recognized as winners by the tender commission of PJSC RusHydro.

The list of supplied equipment includes technically unique high-voltage electric motors produced by leading Russian factories – NPO ELSIB PJSC and the Ruselprom concern, such as:

• Electric motor DVAN-2-173-1600/6 U3 (1600 kW, 500 rpm, 6 kV) of a circulation pump type DPV 96-4.5/23 to replace the electric motor AB 17-31-12UHL4 (installation on the foundation without modification with an adapter plate) – 1 piece;

• Electric motor DVAN-2-173-1600/6 U3 (1600 kW, 500 rpm, 6 kV) of a circulation pump type DPV 96-4.5/23 to replace the electric motor VAN173-46-12U3 (installation on the foundation without modification) – 1 piece;

• Electric motor 2ADOT-800-6000-8-R-U1 (800 kW, 750 rpm, 6 kV) of a hammer mill in compliance with the requirements for overall and connecting dimensions for the purpose of installation on the foundation of the old electric motor DAZO2-17-44-8U1 (on the frame without modification) – 6 pcs;

• Electric motor of the blower fan 2ADO-630/400-6000-8/10U1 (630/400 kW, 750/600 rpm, 6 kV) in compliance with the requirements for overall and connection dimensions for the purpose of installation on the foundation of the old electric motor DAZO2-17-44-8/10U1 (on a frame without alterations, without adapter plate) – 2 pcs;

• Electric motor 4AZM-2000/6000 UHL4 (2000 kW, 3000 rpm, 6 kV) of the PE270 boiler feed pump – 4 pcs.;

• Electric motor AODS-1250-6-1500U1 (1250 kW, 1500 rpm, 6 kV) of a network pump in compliance with the requirements for overall and connecting dimensions for the purpose of installation on the foundation of the old electric motor DAZO2-16-59-4U1 (without altering the foundation) – 2 pcs;

• Electric motor 4АЗМ-4000/6000 УХЛ4 (4000 kW, 3000 rpm, 6 kV) of the boiler feed pump in compliance with the requirements for overall and connecting dimensions for the purpose of installation on the foundation of the old AC-4000/6000 electric motor without modification, without an adapter plate. The electric motor must be designed for installation of a standard NML-32 oil pump on the electric motor console on the side of the first bearing in order to preserve the existing oil system – 1 piece;

• Vertical electric motor AOVM-355M-4U1 (250 kW, 1500 rpm, 6 kV) of a condensate pump – 2 pcs.;

• Electric motor DAZO-13-55-8MU1 (400 kW, 750 rpm, 6 kV) of the smoke exhauster of the boiler unit type BKZ-75-16M – 3 pcs.

• Other electric motors of the DAZO4 type – 9 pieces.

In conditions of high production load and an unstable economic situation in the world, the team of our specialists and the electric motor manufacturing plants of the Ruselprom concern and NPO ELSIB PJSC are faced with a very difficult and responsible task – to supply equipment and put it into operation in the shortest possible time.
