Supply of a boiler feed pump brand DG270-140C×10 for the needs of the joint venture “Artemovskaya CHPP”

EnergoFront, being the official partner and exclusive representative in Russia of the manufacturer of pumping equipment for energy facilities Shanghai Kaiquan Pump (Group) CO.LTD (China), as part of the implementation of the customer’s priority reliability improvement program, supplied a DG270-140C×10 brand boiler feed pump unit complete with a block oil station and an electric motor of the brand 4АЗМ-2000/6000 produced by NPO “ELSIB” PJSC in the amount of 4 pieces for the needs of the joint venture “Artemovskaya CHPP” instead of the boiler feed pump brand PE270-150-3 in the amount of 4 pieces produced by JSC “GMS Livgidromash”.
The decision to replace the PE270-150-3 pump produced by GMS Livgidromash JSC was made by the Customer due to the inability of the GMS Livgidromash JSC plant to manufacture the PE270-150-3 brand pumping equipment placed into production. The production time for a boiler feed pump brand DG270-140C×10 manufactured by Shanghai Kaiquan Pump (Group) CO.LTD (China) in the amount of 4 pieces was 150 calendar days.
In order to successfully commission the pumps, our company developed and provided to the Artemovskaya CHPP joint venture design documentation for the replacement and integration of the DG270-140C×10 boiler feed pump.
