Covers about 74% of electricity consumption and over 80% of the heat demand of the city of Chita, and also provides a technological reserve for Russian Railways and mining projects in the region.
Goals, objectives and solution
Project objective:
Replacement of the outdated “Sumy” boiler feed pump PE150-145 with modern and more efficient equipment.
Key Customer Requirements:
- Complete preservation of overall and connection dimensions – installation on an existing foundation without overwelding pipelines
- Increasing the reliability of the pump unit
- Saving operating parameters: flow 150 m³/h, head 1580 m
Why choose DG160-120×13
1. Parametric identity
A flow of 150 m³/h and a head of 1580 m fully correspond to the characteristics of the replaced pump PE150-145.
2. Design compatibility
The pump is designed to fit the seats of the “Sumy” analogue – the costs of reconstructing the foundation and re-welding pipelines are eliminated.
3. Turnkey package
The delivery includes an electric motor, which ensures that the unit is ready for installation.
