Bash RTS LLC and EnergoFront LLC: continuation of successful cooperation

EnergoFront LLC continues to develop cooperation with Bash RTS LLC in the field of modernization of the centralized heat supply system in Ufa. As part of the previous project, pumping equipment and soft starters were supplied for the reconstructed pumping station No. 7 (NS-7). In the near future, construction, installation and commissioning work will begin at the pumping station, in which specialists from EnergoFront LLC will also take part.
The next stage of reconstruction of heating networks is the construction of a new building for pumping station No. 4 (NS-4). This pumping station is designed to maintain the hydraulic regime of consumers from heating mains TM-25 during the heating period.
In March 2018, the results of the competition for the supply of pumping equipment for NS-4 were summed up. Based on the results of the examination of the participants’ proposals, the EnergoFront company was declared the winner of the competition. The experts noted full compliance of the proposed solution with the Technical Specifications.
For NS-4, EnergoFront specialists proposed new generation network pumping units Delium D300-580V (Q=1500 m3/h, H=80 m) with a steel body, stainless steel impeller and double mechanical seals. Two of the four pump units will be equipped with Transfluid 27KRTB hydrodynamic couplings. It is worth noting that pumping units of the same series were supplied for NS-7, which ensures a high level of equipment unification.
A distinctive feature of these pumping units is high hydraulic efficiency – up to 85%, a “dry” shaft, a simple and reliable rotor design, a self-aligning rotor and mechanical seals, as well as reduced overall dimensions of the pumping unit.
