The next personnel certification showed an increase in competencies

EnergoFront assessed the achievement of 2015 targets, as well as tested the knowledge and skills of project managers and line managers.
The results showed that most of the tasks were completed by more than 80%. Some key goals for the company have been fully achieved. The assessment of professional knowledge showed a positive dynamics of development compared to the results of last year. This was facilitated, among other things, by the advanced training programs, trainings and seminars implemented last year. Identified shortcomings will be taken into account when forming structural changes in the company and personnel development programs.
