Employees of EnergoFront CJSC passed annual certification to determine the level of professional knowledge and compliance with company standards. For the first time, employees of EnergoFront-KZ LLP (Astana) were involved in certification.
The overall results of the certification once again showed positive dynamics in the development of key competencies of project managers and department heads, strengthening their responsibility for the performance of their official duties and increasing initiative in solving complex and non-standard tasks.
Taking into account the data obtained, the company will create a set of educational programs and trainings to qualitatively improve knowledge and skills in key areas of activity.
