InterRAO again relies on EnergoFront

May for the EnergoFront company turned out to be rich in successful projects implemented within the framework of cooperation with Inter RAO-Electric Power Plants. Based on the results of several competitions, EnergoFront LLC received the right to supply condensate pumps for the power unit st. No. 1 (EB No. 1) for the Kostroma State District Power Plant, a branch of JSC Inter RAO – Electric Power Plants.
Also, at the beginning of May, the results of the competition for the supply of pumping equipment for the needs of JSC TGC-11 (Omsk) were summed up. The pumping equipment is intended for operation at the Omsk power plants CHPP-4, CHPP-5 and CHPP-3, and must be delivered before November 2018.
As part of the technical re-equipment program at Gusinoozerskaya State District Power Plant, EnergoFront LLC has worked on and is preparing for delivery electric motors ADOT-800-6000-8U3 and ADO-1250/600U1 (manufactured by PJSC Elsib, NPO). The supplied electric motors are specially adapted for operation in harsh conditions and have proven their reliability under many years of operation on such mechanisms as the DOD-28 smoke exhauster, the MMT-2000/2590/750 hammer mill, and the SMD-97A crusher. These mechanisms traditionally operate with significant torque, have rather difficult starting conditions, and are subject to shock loads.
On May 14, it became known that the EnergoFront company was again recognized as the winner in the competition “Imported electric motor for Yuzhnouralskaya State District Power Plant,” in which over a dozen competing companies took part. As part of this project, a Polish electric motor manufactured by DFME – SYJVf-1410M (1500 kW, 6000 V, 50 Hz, 594 rpm, 179 A, IP55, IM4011, IC81W) was purchased. This electric motor was used to equip Sigma circulation pumps, which were supplied for the construction of the CCGT unit.
