EnergoFront LLC summed up the results of the first half of the year

Every company, no matter what industry it operates in, needs to take stock (global or intermediate) and plan goals for the future. This is an important element in the business development system, one of the feedback measures necessary for the effective work of employees and the team as a whole. This is not just recording results – it is a demonstration on the part of management of the understanding of the importance of the work of employees, the contribution of each person to the common cause, the value of the individual and teamwork.
At the beginning of July, EnergoFront summed up the results of the first six months of work in 2017. Positive dynamics in the development of the company was noted compared to similar periods of previous years. The main reasons for such indicators were the increase in the presence of EnergoFront LLC in its traditional market – electricity generation, as well as the development of several new areas.
During the meeting, project managers defended their personal contracting plans with an assessment of the volumes and timing of contracts planned for conclusion. The result of the certification showed that, compared to the beginning of the year, the forecast for this indicator has increased.
Heads of areas and departments presented reports on the preliminary results of completing the tasks set for 2017. Taking into account the changing situation on the market, some of them were adjusted with changes to the company’s development strategy.
Opinion of Alexey Gladkov, General Director of EnergoFront LLC: “As is tradition, in July we had a working meeting to summarize the company’s work for the first half of the year. The first part was devoted to the certification of projects that are planned to be implemented before the end of the year. Managers presented key data for each of the contracts: terms, volumes of required investments, work plans, etc. In the second half of the meeting, project managers reported on the tasks completed in the first six months of the year. In addition, adjustments were made to the work plan for the second half of the year. We look forward to good results for 2017, confidently make plans for the future, respond to the constantly changing market situation with new visions, strategies and projects, all the time discovering new areas of activity. I am confident that my team and I will achieve impressive results, which we will certainly tell you about at the end of the year.”
