EnergoFront employees were certified

Annual training and certification of personnel is one of the priorities of LLC personnel management «EnergoFront».
In the second half of January, the final certification of project managers and heads of departments of LLC took place «EnergoFront» and LLP «EnergoFront-KZ», has already become a traditional stage of the professional development program for the company’s employees. The audit was carried out not only to assess the financial performance of the divisions, but also to monitor the implementation of annual operational tasks and the dynamics of growth in the professional competencies of the company’s specialists.
As a result of the certification, all employees confirmed a high level of qualifications, demonstrating impeccable professional knowledge, compliance with company standards, as well as detailed knowledge of internal production and administrative processes. Taking into account the data obtained, the company plans to conduct a series of trainings to further improve knowledge and skills in key areas of activity.
Based on the results of the reports and certification, plans and tasks for the current year were formed, and the company’s budget was approved.
