EnergoFront will equip the CCGT-450 Zatonskaya CHPP under construction with a full range of pumping equipment

EnergoFront CJSC entered into an agreement with the general contractor Kaskad-Energo LLC for the supply of a full volume of pumping equipment for the needs of the PGU-450 unit under construction at Zatonskaya CHPP (formerly PGU Ufimskaya CHPP-5).
Construction of the unit began in 2007. In 2010, EnergoFront supplied a group of 4 APE-240 boiler feed pump units. for completing waste heat boilers. However, due to a number of reasons related to the change of owner of Bashkir Generating Company OJSC, construction work was suspended in 2011. Only after the conclusion of an investment agreement in October 2013 between the government of the Republic of Bashkortostan and LLC PGU Ufimskaya CHPP-5, work was continued and the project was transferred to priority status.
As part of the contract with Kaskad-Energo LLC, EnergoFront JSC will supply the entire complex of main pumping equipment and will complete the supply pumps with VOITH control fluid couplings. Delivery of equipment, its installation and commissioning is planned for the summer of 2016.
