EnergoFront is involved in the supply of equipment to the Bashkir Soda Company

In 2013, the open joint stock companies Caustic and Soda merged, resulting in the formation of Bashkir Soda Company JSC (BSK JSC). This is one of the largest chemical complexes in Russia.
The company occupies a leading position in the country in the production of soda ash and baking soda, and is also one of the leading manufacturers of cable plastic compounds and ranks second in the production of PVC and caustic soda.
Currently, the company is implementing a project to build its own thermal power plant. The additional thermal power plant will allow the company to provide increased production capacity with its own steam. Now the company purchases steam from the Sterlitamak Thermal Power Plant. Expanding the production of granular calcium chloride will require a further increase in the power of the thermal power plant, so it is planned to install two boilers with a capacity of 90 tons per hour.
Our company is participating in the implementation of this project in terms of supplying a feedwater pumping unit for boiler units. In addition to boiler feed pumps produced by GMS, EnergoFront LLC supplies all auxiliary systems of the pumping station, including control cabinets, shut-off valves with piping, and measuring instruments necessary for the full operation of the station. We will also develop design documentation for the installation, which will subsequently be integrated into the total volume of design documentation carried out by REM LLC, which is also the general contractor of the project.
The scope of delivery includes installation supervision and commissioning works.
