EnergoFront will supply condensate pumps for Vasileostrovskaya CHPP-7

As part of the technical re-equipment of the heating plant of Vasileostrovskaya CHPP-7, to increase the supply of thermal energy by 32.86 Gcal/hour, EnergoFront specialists proposed Multitec type pumping units manufactured by KSB, equipped with Russian electric motors produced by Ruselprom, to replace the existing pumping units 8KSD 5×3 and 2KOSH-80-250.
In the process of comparing technical and economic characteristics, the technical proposal of our company turned out to be the only suitable one out of more than 10 options under consideration.
The proposed Multitec A125/5 pumps in the amount of 6 pieces have a flow range from 65 to 220 m3/h, a nominal head of 180 m, an efficiency of 78%, which fully satisfies the Customer’s requirements.
As part of the implementation of this project, our Company will supply six KSB Multitec A125/5 pumping units by the end of 2021, in accordance with the Customer’s technical specifications, followed by installation supervision and commissioning work.
