EnergoFront supplied equipment for the needs of Minsk CHPP-3
15 November 2019
EnergoFront is a supplier of pumping equipment as part of the project “Reconstruction of Minsk CHPP-3 with replacement of retired capacities of the 14 MPa line. 1st stage of construction.”
The supplied pumping equipment includes 4 circulation vertical semi-submersible pumps Q = 4235 m³/hour, H = 29.5 m produced by the KSB holding, equipped with electric motors produced by WEG and frequency converters produced by JSC VNIIR.
Each pump must be able to operate directly from the network, and also have the ability to regulate its performance. To regulate the pumping units, a VFD operation scheme has been selected: 1 VFD for 2 pumps with the ability to switch from one to the second. The VFD will be installed in a block-modular building with its own ventilation system.
Currently, all pumping equipment has been delivered to the customer’s site.
Also in November in Cheboksary, EnergoFront specialists accepted a block-modular building produced by NPP EnEfSystems LLC, with frequency converters installed in it.
This building serves to provide climatic conditions for the operation of frequency converters, when installing a VFD is not possible in a room in close proximity to the mechanism.
Acceptance was successful, there are no complaints or complaints about quality. The block-modular building was shipped to the customer.
With wishes for stable development,
EnergoFront team #FrontProject
