EnergoFront without borders: eras change, knowledge remains

Currently, EnergoFront CJSC is rapidly developing a corporate strategy to improve the skills of employees, aimed at a comprehensive in-depth study of knowledge in the field of technology. This time, EnergoFront specialists completed a training course at JSC GIAP on the topic “Ammonia Production Technology”. JSC GIAP has been a leading research and design institute for more than 80 years, designing units for the production of ammonia, nitric acid, mineral fertilizers, methanol and organic synthesis products. During three days of lectures, key processes, layout solutions and equipment used in ammonia production were studied.
Opinion of EnergoFront CJSC project manager Maxim Kosyakov:
“After completing the three-day course, I had only positive impressions. I think the training was extremely useful. We are ready to apply new knowledge when working with customers. They will help you gain an understanding of the most critical points in production. We have learned to look at problems from a new angle, develop and select the most optimal solution for our customers. I will say more, we are not going to stop there. In our plan, we plan 4 more cycles of training in new technologies in production”.
