“Brainstorm” together with the training company “YORD” (“YORD”)

Personnel training is the development of professional knowledge, skills and abilities of employees, taking into account the goals of the relevant departments, which in turn are determined by the company’s strategy. In today’s rapidly changing market environment, companies can only succeed if they can take their business practices to a whole new level. The company is forced to work flexibly, creating new systems of relationships both with business partners and with its employees, developing strategies that are adequate to the changes taking place, and reviewing priorities in the development of the organization.
In October, the EnergoFront team took part in a corporate training, again organized by the consulting company Yord. The meeting was held in the format of a “brainstorming”, during which specific cases from the employees’ practice were analyzed: difficulties arising when communicating with customers, preparation for negotiations, etc.
The main purpose of the meeting was to generate and develop specific ideas for resolving conflict situations. In addition, strategic preparation for the negotiations was worked out.
Opinion of communications manager of EnergoFront LLC Olga Konstantinova: “In my opinion, the most popular and easiest way to create ideas is brainstorming.” The formation of the result occurs in different ways, the simplest is a series of voting and discussions, with some ideas being crossed out and others being specified. This is a very exciting activity that gives results not only at the discussion stage, but also in subsequent phases of solving the assigned problems. “Brainstorming” is very useful to use when there is a team with which you can come up with something, and the team has people who can work together to solve any problem.
