A contract was signed between JSC TYAZHMASH and EnergoFront for the supply of a large batch of electric motors of the Brazilian brand WEG to equip the drive stations of conveyors and feeders of the reconstructed starting complex No. 3 of the Talnakh concentrator plant (TOF), owned by the mining and metallurgical company PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel.
Last fall, the Syzran enterprise won a tender for this order in conditions of serious competition with Russian and foreign companies. In the recent history of the plant, TYAZHMASH JSC is the largest project for the mining industry, which can mark the beginning of a new stage in the development of this line of production.
Now our Company’s specialists are finishing the approval of the final technical specifications and dimensional drawings for the project with JSC TYAZHMASH. It is planned that soon, in accordance with the approved schedule, the equipment will be placed into production at the WEG manufacturing plant (Brazil). The manufactured equipment will be delivered to the site in stages.
