EnergoFront improves the qualifications of its employees

As part of the implementation of the corporate strategy to increase knowledge in the field of technologies that use the company’s products and solutions for 2016. A number of training programs and seminars are planned with specialized institutes and departments.
One of such programs was training at the department of “Operation of Thermal Mechanical Equipment” of the St. Petersburg Energy Institute for Advanced Studies on the topic “Modern technologies for increasing the reliability and efficiency of thermal mechanical equipment.” During 5 days of lectures, key problems of energy and equipment operation were discussed.
Considering the already high level of qualifications of the company’s employees, the training was structured in the form of dialogues, in which not only managers and service engineers of EnergoFront JSC, but also teachers of the institute gained new information.
In parallel, a cooperation program is being developed with OJSC GIAP and LLC Novgorod GIAP to create a training course for the effective promotion of the company’s products and solutions in a new industry – the production of nitrogen and mineral fertilizers.
