EnergoFront completed legal reorganization

With a careful approach to organizing work, organizations time after time return to a detailed analysis of all business processes. After identifying structures that could work more efficiently, certain changes are predicted aimed at enhancing their advantages. Such optimization only works for the company, covering its weaknesses.
In our activities, we try not to miss opportunities that will help us become even stronger and work more efficiently. Therefore, at the end of last year, after a thorough analysis, a decision was made to reorganize the company. On December 26, 2016, the reorganization procedure of EnergoFront CJSC was completed in the form of transformation into EnergoFront LLC. EnergoFront LLC is the full legal successor of all rights and obligations of EnergoFront CJSC. This reorganization was carried out in order to optimize the costs of legal and administrative support of the company’s activities, as well as to simplify the procedure for further consolidation of the company’s assets. Such measures will lead to a reduction in administrative burden and increased efficiency in company management.
In connection with the completion of the reorganization into EnergoFront LLC, the company was again included in the register of small and medium-sized businesses, which gives us the right to participate in ongoing tenders.
Opinion of the leading economist of EnergoFront LLC, Svetlana Skalkina:
«From January 1, 2016, any joint stock companies were excluded from the register of small and medium-sized businesses. From this period, this criterion remained only for LLCs. This was a significant factor for us, because we were literally closed to participation in competitive applications. Naturally, our work was aimed at reorganizing the company into an LLC “EnergoFront”. Now we are again open to fruitful cooperation.»
