Victory in the tender of the energy holding INTER RAO

Regular improvement of operating technologies, the use of the latest techniques, as well as the constant desire to be at the peak of technological progress allows us to introduce the best solutions in the field of services offered. But it’s not just technical solutions that are winning today. An individual and comprehensive approach to solving client problems plays a far from secondary role.
The EnergoFront company has once again proven that it is ready to cope with tasks of any complexity by winning the competition for the supply of pumping units for the reconstruction of pumping station No. 7 of Bashkir Distribution Heat Networks LLC. BashRTS is part of the Inter RAO energy holding. The goal of the end client was to replace three existing network pumping units SE-2500-60 (Q=2500 m3/h, H=60m) with pumps of higher capacity. For supplies within the framework of this project, specialists from EnergoFront LLC chose a new line of Delium pumps, which are produced in Russia at the plant of JSC HMS Livgidromash. BashRTS LLC offered pumps of the D350-530A type. Due to high energy efficiency parameters, these pumps, while maintaining the old electric motor power (630 kW), ensure an increase in parameters to Q = 3000 m3/h and H = 65 m, which will satisfy the requirements of all new connected heat consumers in Ufa, and will bring additional profit to BashRTS LLC. To ensure smooth starts of pumping units and to avoid hydraulic shocks of pipelines and overloads of electric motors at the start-up stage, pumping units will be equipped with three starting devices (one for each pump), as well as one common control cabinet.
After reviewing and agreeing on all technical and commercial aspects, BashRTS LLC settled on EnergoFront’s proposal. Currently, the process of signing a contract and placing equipment in production is underway. The planned delivery time in accordance with the customer’s wishes is the third decade of 2017. In addition, the service department of EnergoFront LLC will provide BashRTS LLC with a range of services for supervision of the installation of all supplied equipment.

“Winning the tender «Inter RAO» is an incredible success for our company. Until today at the station BashRTS LLC Imported pumping units were installed. We managed to convince the customer to choose domestic equipment, which is in no way inferior in its technical and operational characteristics to Western analogues. Of course, there were technical difficulties. In particular, when increasing the pump parameters, it was necessary to maintain the power of the electric motors that were already installed at the station. We also successfully solved this problem.”
