Business quests – a new format for corporate training

30 May 2017

Recently, more and more companies are realizing that developing their own specialists is much more profitable and convenient than inviting outside professionals. That is why they are increasingly using personnel training systems. Despite the fact that organizing corporate trainings involves significant costs, companies do it because they realize the significance of these investments in future development.

From May 24 to May 26, 2017, the entire team of the EnergoFront company underwent the next annual training with the assistance of the consulting company Yord – Business Quests.

Particular attention was paid to the development of skills for successful interaction with clients and the formation of clear principles for building long-term relationships with partners.

Business quest is a method of active learning aimed at developing skills and attitudes. In modern business, one, most important skill comes to the fore – the ability to interact and solve complex problems in a team with other people. And therefore, a corporate event is not only a way to relax and gain strength, but also an intensive training of all the skills necessary for fruitful teamwork of the company team «EnergoFront”.

Opinion of EnergoFront communications manager Olga Konstantinova:

«The market for corporate educational services has been developing rapidly in recent years. Companies today can choose training to suit every taste and budget. But modern realities are such that not all needs for training and development of personnel can be satisfied by conducting classical training. Businesses require comprehensive solutions and massive training programs. At the same time, often – under conditions of a limited budget and in the shortest possible time. In this case, a business quest, as a new training format, may be the best choice. We are grateful to the company “Yord – Business Quests” for their high professionalism and individual approach to solving our problems.”

With wishes of quality knowledge,
