Gusinoozerskaya GRES continues to trust the effective solutions of EnergoFront LLC

The fuel and energy complex is one of the priority sectors of the economy of the Republic of Buryatia. Currently, in this region, the fuel and energy complex occupies the largest share in the sectoral structure of industry.
In August 2017, the government of the Republic of Buryatia signed an agreement on socio-economic cooperation with Inter RAO – Electric Power Generation Management LLC. This agreement implies the implementation of the Program for the socio-economic development of the Republic of Buryatia for the period until 2020. The company’s interests in this region are represented by the Gusinoozerskaya GRES branch of JSC Inter RAO – Electric Power Plants.
Gusinoozerskaya GRES is the largest condensing-type power plant in Transbaikalia and one of the largest enterprises in the Republic of Buryatia. Over the years of operation, Gusinoozerskaya State District Power Plant has generated more than 135 billion kWh of electricity. The station provides electricity to consumers in Buryatia and neighboring regions, as well as thermal energy to the city of Gusinoozersk with a population of more than 24 thousand people.
The EnergoFront company won the tender for the supply of an APE-380-185-5 electric pump unit with a 4A3M-3150/6000 UHL4 electric motor to the Gusinoozerskaya State District Power Plant. Separately, I would like to note the technical characteristics of this equipment: the pump unit is equipped with an improved flow part, as well as new-style impellers and guide vanes. In addition, it has a higher efficiency (at least 80%), vibration on the bearing supports is reduced, and modern mechanical seals are installed. The pump and electric motor are equipped with vibration sensors.
Delivery of the unit is scheduled for May 2018, within the deadline set by the customer.

We are currently preparing all the necessary documents to open a factory order at the pump and motor manufacturing plants. In the near future we plan to participate in other tenders for the supply of equipment to enterprises of the Republic of Buryatia. In addition to the Gusinoozerskaya State District Power Plant, we are also successfully working with TGC-14 (Ulan-Ude), so there are many opportunities, I am sure that we will be able to successfully use all of them and implement more than one project.”
