EnergoFront flag at the foot of the majestic Everest

On May 2, the General Director of EnergoFront LLC, Alexey Gladkov, as part of an international tourist group, climbed to the foot of Everest and hoisted the company flag at an altitude of 5,740 meters above sea level on the top of Mount Kala Pattar.
Everest is the highest mountain peak in the world. Conquering it is the dream of many climbers. The path to the top is difficult and considered potentially life-threatening. Thus, climbing is associated with physical fatigue, and any weather changes threaten many hours of stops and dangers. Some climbers develop altitude sickness, which is caused by low oxygen pressure. But climbing Everest is not only about difficulties, it is also an opportunity to see the beauty of nature untouched by civilization: snow-capped mountain ranges, stormy rivers, the grandeur of ice.
For Alexey personally and for the entire company, this event is significant. EnergoFront has been actively developing for the past ten years, and the appearance of a corporate flag at such a point on Earth in the company’s anniversary year is a good sign and a symbol of conquering new heights that can only be achieved. It is especially worth noting that the hoisting of the flag was also timed to coincide with the Great Holiday – Victory Day, and was doubly symbolic, because conquering mountains is a victory of human strength, a manifestation of will and endurance.
