EnergoFront guarding quality

In November, the EnergoFront company supplied district heating pumps to JSC GSR TPP. During the implementation of the project, the company’s specialists provide full technical support for the installation and commissioning of equipment.
The contract for the work was concluded based on the results of a closed tender, participation in which was offered only to those companies that had already proven themselves in working with GSR CHPP JSC. EnergoFront demonstrated a high level of work on projects and won the tender, offering an advantageous combination of equipment that fully complied with the technical specifications and the range of work carried out.
At the project preparation stage, the company’s specialists worked with the design institute to clarify the technical characteristics of the supplied pumps. Next, the pumps were accepted at the manufacturing plant in Livny with representatives of the Customer. The pumping units have successfully passed the entire range of tests and confirmed their operating parameters.
Installation of the equipment was carried out under the supervision of chief engineers of the EnergoFront company. “We took upon ourselves to work out all the technical details at the stage of preparation for delivery,” explains Konstantin Makarov, head of the service department of the EnergoFront company, explaining the progress of the project. “This allowed us to take into account all the features of the equipment and competently instruct the installation team, as well as optimize the timing of the work. In addition, our specialists provided technical supervision of the entire installation and commissioning process. In this way, we can guarantee full compliance with the manufacturer’s requirements, accuracy of installation and configuration, ensure high efficiency and long service life of the equipment.”
In total, under the contract, the EnergoFront company will supply 8 district heating pumps to GSR CHPP JSC to replace those that have exhausted their service life. The second batch of pumps is currently being delivered and prepared for installation.
JSC GSR TPP produces and sells thermal and electrical energy. Consumers of thermal energy are production enterprises of the industrial site of the city of Kolpino and the State Unitary Enterprise “TEK SPb”, which provides heat supply to the left bank part of the city of Kolpino.
