EnergoFront will supply multipliers for the needs of PJSC NPO ISKRA

Our company won the tender for the supply of four 2 MW multipliers for Ural compressor units manufactured by PJSC NPO ISKRA. The final customer of the compressor units is PJSC NK Rosneft.
URAL compressor units are planned to be used at the Prirazlomnoye field of RN-Yuganskneftegaz LLC, a subsidiary of NK Rosneft.
This project laid the foundation for a mutually beneficial, and we are confident, long-term cooperation between us and the compressor equipment manufacturer PJSC NPO ISKRA.
The complexity of the project lies in the use of explosion-proof equipment, since the compressed medium is natural gas. In addition to the explosion-proof design of individual elements of the multiplier, high demands were placed on the quality of the transmission. In this project, plate couplings, also supplied by our company, will be used to transmit torque, which are capable of transmitting large torques (about 7000 N*m) at high speeds (up to 14,000 rpm).
The commissioning of compressor units is scheduled for the end of spring 2020.
