EnergoFront continues cooperation with JSC Yugo-Zapadnaya CHPP

15 June 2020

South-Western Thermal Power Plant is the newest energy facility in St. Petersburg. The foundation stone at the site of its construction appeared only in 2006. Five years later, the first stage of the station was put into operation. The sole shareholder of the thermal power plant is a subject of the Russian Federation – the federal city of St. Petersburg.

The need to build the station was dictated, first of all, by the steady trend of growth in heat loads in this part of St. Petersburg, as well as the prospect of decommissioning obsolete or exhausted equipment of existing energy sources in the area.

Continuing cooperation with Yugo-Zapadnaya CHPP JSC, our Company, having become the winner in the tender for the supply of equipment for the IV stage of the 2nd stage of construction of the Yugo-Zapadnaya CHPP, will supply district heating pumps of the modern Delium series produced by HMS Livgidromash JSC.

In addition to district heating pumps, in 2020, EnergoFront will also supply to the station, as spare parts, a rotor assembly for the SE series pump manufactured by Sumy Plant Nasosenergomash JSC, installed at the station as part of the construction of the first stage of the South-West CHPP.

With wishes of a reliable partnership,
