Modernization of Perm CHPP-9

The largest Russian private company PJSC “T Plus” is modernizing the equipment of Perm CHPP-9 with the replacement of the Turbine unit st. No. 9, 10 and boiler station. No. 9. The purpose of the modernization is to increase the generation of electricity from thermal consumption, increase the efficiency of production of thermal and electrical energy with a decrease in the specific consumption of equivalent fuel for the supply of electricity in general at the Perm CHPP-9. After modernization, the installed electrical capacity of Perm CHPP-9 will be 465.9 MW, thermal capacity – 1179.6 Gcal/h.
As part of the current modernization, the pumping units that supply district heating water through the heaters of steam turbines st. No. 10, st. No. 9. To replace district heating pumps, our company’s specialists, together with a design institute, developed technical and layout solutions based on domestic new generation Delium pumps, the proposed solutions were recognized as the best by T Plus PJSC and our company was selected as a supplier of 6 network pumping units (3 Delium pumps D350-450A-435-Ch/Ch-t-UHL3.1 horizontal type and 3 Delium pumps DV350-450A-435-Ch/Ch-t-UHL3.1 vertical type).
Currently, all equipment has been put into production; manufacturing of pumps in Russian production will ensure short delivery times. Network pumps are planned to be delivered to the construction site in August 2021; the service department of EnergoFront will provide a range of services for supervising installation and supervising adjustment of equipment, ensuring that the pumping units are put into operation by the beginning of the heating period.
