Supply of pumps for the needs of PJSC RusHydro

Based on the results of the bidding held by PJSC RusHydro, the application of the EnergoFront company was recognized as the best in the competitive procedure for the supply of pumps for the needs of the structural divisions of JSC DGK.
EnergoFront specialists were faced with the task of selecting equipment to replace manufacturers of pumping equipment that had left the Russian market.
To replace worn-out pumps produced by Nasosenergomash (Ukraine), EnergoFront specialists proposed pumps entirely made in Russia by the manufacturer Livgidromash, such as:

district heating pumps of the Delium brand to replace pumps of the SE1250-140, SE2500-180 and SE5000-70 brands;
-
boiler feed pumps of the PE270 and PE580 brand of the latest modification to replace the worn-out pumps of the PE270 and PE580 brand;
-
condensate pumps of the KsV 320-160-3 brand of the latest modification to replace pumps of the KsV 320-160-2 brand.
Also, to replace the circulation pumps brand 96DPV-4.5/23 (Q=16200 m3/h; N=22 m) produced by UralHydroMash (Russia), which have exhausted their service life, EnergoFront specialists proposed pumps brand 96DV-4.5/23 of the latest modification of a completely Russian manufacturer “UralHydroMash”.
All proposed pumps have a number of design features that significantly increase the operational characteristics of the equipment.
At the moment, all pumps are placed into production. To avoid possible disruptions to repair programs, systematic work is carried out to monitor compliance with the production schedule.
