Prompt purchase of a new network pump motor for Ufimskaya CHPP-2

Ufimskaya CHPP-2 is part of the Bashkir Generating Company and is the second largest power plant after Karmanovskaya GRES. CHPP-2 generates thermal energy for most districts of Ufa, including the central one, as well as for a large number of enterprises.
At Ufimskaya CHPP-2, the modernization of district heating pumps is underway, in which our Company takes an active part, in terms of supplying district heating pumps for heating plant No. 1. In parallel, we, in collaboration with CHPP-2, have worked on a project for replacing outdated 2AZM1600 engines with existing foundations of network pump engines, through an adapter plate, which minimizes the time for work and commissioning.
Initially, the purchase of the engine was planned for 2024, but due to an emergency that occurred in March 2023, a prompt purchase of the 4AZM1600 engine was required with a delivery date of autumn 2023. Thanks to the timely development of technical parameters and coordination with all station services, it was possible to place the engine into production in May 2023.
We control the engine production process to avoid delays in delivery. Also, our chief engineers will carry out installation work for timely commissioning before the heating period 2023-2024.
