Replacement of district heating pumps at Salavatskaya CHPP

In 2023, Salavat CHPP celebrated its 70th anniversary and became one of the oldest stations in the Bashkir Generating Company. It was designed and built to provide thermal and electrical energy to plant No. 18 and the workers’ village. Over time, its functions have remained virtually unchanged, although the plant turned into a large petrochemical complex – OJSC Salavatnefteorgsintez, and the workers’ village became the city of Salavat with a population of about 150 thousand people.
Currently, projects to modernize the main equipment, including the replacement of pumping units, are being implemented at the Salavat CHPP. In 2019, we already supplied district heating pumps for the needs of the Salavat CHPP, and the current modernization of the network facilities could not have happened without our participation.
EnergoFront specialists selected pumps for pumping district heating water in boiler units No. 2 and 3 of the Salavat CHPP branch of BGK LLC to replace the existing SEN-4.8. Instead of outdated pumps, modern units will be installed based on the Delium line of pumps, produced by HMS Livgidromash JSC, which fully comply with the customer’s technical requirements and modern energy efficiency standards.
As of the current date, all competitive procedures in which we were declared the winner have been completed. A supply agreement has been concluded with BGK LLC and the equipment has already been placed into production at the plant of JSC HMS Livgidromash.
Equipment delivery time is December 2024.
