Overhaul of fluid coupling at Kharanorskaya GRES

As part of the planned shutdown of power unit No. 3 of Kharanorskaya GRES specialists of the EnergoFront company completed overhaul of fluid couplings VOITH 682 SVNL 33G, ensuring the operation of boiler feed pumps PEN-3A and PEN-3B.
All work was carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer VOITH TURBO and on time.

Replacement of worn bearings, seals and gears with original VOITH components

Precise assembly with gap adjustment and dynamic balancing

Hydraulic tests for tightness and operating pressure

Installation and commissioning of equipment with oil change
Key stages of work:
Repair operations were carried out at an equipped repair site equipped with specialized tools under the supervision of certified EnergoFront engineers.
Result:
The equipment has been successfully put into operation simultaneously with the start-up of power unit No. 3. The work carried out guarantees reliable operation of the couplings throughout the entire overhaul period.
