Results of the strategic session at EnergoFront: We have become closer to the cause and to each other

The EnergoFront company completed a strategic session that lasted several days. But these were not boring reports and presentations. It was a deep work on mistakes and a search for solutions that will help us cope with the challenges of today.
We needed to not just write another strategy “for show,” but to create a real plan that every employee would believe in.
What difficulties did you encounter?
Bringing the team together is half the battle. It was much more difficult to break the old patterns:
- We saw that we look at the causes of the same problems differently.
- Some employees were afraid to propose ideas due to the presence of authoritative managers.
- Some colleagues had difficulty accepting the very need for change.
What happened?
The main achievement was the creation of a unique atmosphere. During the session we forgot about positions and statuses. In this environment, where there is no pressure from authorities, and only constructive opinions are important, those very living ideas were born that will form the basis of our common success.
The session is over, but the work is just beginning. Now EnergoFront has not just a strategy, but a team of like-minded people ready to implement it.
