Supply of boiler feed pump DG160-120×13 for Chitinskaya CHPP-1 (PJSC TGC-14)

29 July 2026

Chita CHPP-1 (PJSC TGC-14) is a coal-fired combined heat and power plant located in the city of Chita (Trans-Baikal Territory, western shore of Lake Kenon). The installed electrical capacity of Chita CHPP-1 after modernization is 452.8 MW, thermal capacity is 1072 Gcal/hour

This is the largest power plant in the company’s structure and in Transbaikalia.

Covers about 74% of electricity consumption and over 80% of the heat demand of the city of Chita, and also provides a technological reserve for Russian Railways and mining projects in the region.

Goals, objectives and solution

Project objective:

Replacement of the outdated “Sumy” boiler feed pump PE150-145 with modern and more efficient equipment.

Key Customer Requirements:

  1. Complete preservation of overall and connection dimensions – installation on an existing foundation without overwelding pipelines
  2. Increasing the reliability of the pump unit
  3. Saving operating parameters: flow 150 m³/h, head 1580 m

Why choose DG160-120×13

1. Parametric identity

A flow of 150 m³/h and a head of 1580 m fully correspond to the characteristics of the replaced pump PE150-145.

2. Design compatibility

The pump is designed to fit the seats of the “Sumy” analogue – the costs of reconstructing the foundation and re-welding pipelines are eliminated.

3. Turnkey package

The delivery includes an electric motor, which ensures that the unit is ready for installation.
