Supply of expansion joints for Permskaya CHPP-9

Within the framework of the project for the Permskaya CHPP-9 modernization (DPM Shtrikh) EnergoFront proved itself to be a reliable supplier, having previously completed an early delivery of network pumps Delium in a quantity of 6 pcs. Currently, pumps DV350-450A-435-Ch / Ch-t-UHL3.1 - 3 pcs. installed in the design position, the technological piping of the pumping equipment continues. For piping in the cramped conditions of the boiler and turbine shop, expansion joints are required, designed to compensate for the stressed states of the suction and pressure pipelines and to reduce the vibration load. Due to the need for urgent delivery of expansion joints, PJSC "T-Plus" made a decision to purchase this equipment from our company.

Taking into account the strict technical parameters in terms of geometric dimensions, pressure and stiffness, we have made a selection of expansion joints that meet the requirements of the design model of the pump piping. Of several equipment options, the most suitable are expansion joints manufactured by Macoga (Spain) and NPG Marilend-Bel ​​(Rep.Belarus). Currently, the order for the equipment has been placed in production, the delivery time to the Customer is until the end of January 2022.
