Replacement of network pumps at the Salavatskaya CHP

In 2023, Salavatskaya CHP celebrated its 70th anniversary and became one of the oldest stations in the Bashkir Generating Company. It was designed and built to provide thermal and electric energy to Combine No. 18 and the work settlement. Over time, its functions have hardly changed, although the plant has turned into a large petrochemical complex — JSC Salavatnefteorgsintez, and the work settlement has become the city of Salavat with a population of about 150 thousand people.

Currently, projects are being implemented at the Salavatskaya CHP to modernize the main equipment, including the replacement of pumping units. In 2019, we already supplied network pumps for the needs of the Salavat thermal power plant, and the current modernization of the grid economy was not without our participation.

EnergoFront specialists have selected pumps for pumping mains water in boiler installations No. 2 and 3 of the Salavatskaya CHP branch of BGC LLC instead of the existing SEN-4,8. Instead of outdated pumps, modern units based on pumps of the Delium line produced by HMS Livgidromash JSC will be installed, which fully comply with the customer's technical requirements and modern energy efficiency standards.

To date, all competitive procedures have been completed, in which we have been declared the winner. A supply agreement has been concluded with BGC LLC and the equipment has already been put into production at the plant of HMS Livgidromash JSC.

The delivery date of the equipment is December 2024.
