Launch of the project of LLC «EnergoFront» with Norilsk CHP-2

In the framework of the project «Turnkey reconstruction of the two power units of the Norilsk CHP-2», LLC «EnergoFront» participated in the elaboration of the networking options of the pumps on these units. 

Because of the elaboration, Delium 300-530A pumps were selected, which fully satisfy the technical task and have a number of advantages over analogues: high efficiency, compact size, which plays an important role in the conditions of tightness of the site, «dry» shaft that excludes contact with the pumped medium, balanced price, increased MTBF.

Delivery of Delium 300-530A pumping units will be accompanied by services for installation supervision and commissioning, which will be carried out by the specialists of the Service Department of LLC «EnergoFront». Commissioning of the reconstructed power unit № 1 is planned for 2020, power unit №2 – for 2022.

Norilsk thermal power plant № 2 (CHP-2) was built in the period from 1965 to 1989 on the project of Leningrad branch of the Institute «Teploelectroproject» and is designed to cover the heat load of the Talnakh industrial area and a residential complex in the city of Talnakh and electricity supply. Located in the city of Norilsk in Krasnoyarsk region. 

The opinion of the Project Manager of LLC «EnergoFront» Ivan Efimovich Gulyaev: «In the selection of pumping units we established the cooperation with the general designer - JSC «Lonas Tekhnologia» and its Tomsk branch. As a result of the project implementation, reliability and economic efficiency of Norilsk CHP-2 energy resources production will be increased, operational and fuel and energy costs will be reduced».
