EnergoFront will supply multipliers for the needs of PJSC NPO ISKRA

Our company won the tender for the supply of four multipliers with a capacity of 2 MW for Ural compressor units manufactured by PJSC NPO ISKRA. The ultimate customer of compressor units is Rosneft.

URAL compressor units are planned to be used at the Prirazlomnoye field of OOO RN-Yuganskneftegaz, a subsidiary of Rosneft.

This project laid the foundation for mutually beneficial and long-term cooperation between us and the manufacturer of compressor equipment of PJSC NPO ISKRA.

The complexity of the project lies in the use of explosion-proof equipment, since the compressed medium is natural gas. The high demands were placed on both for the quality of the transmission and the explosion-proof performance of the multipliers’ individual elements . In this project the plate couplings , which are also supplied by our company and are capable of transmitting large moments (about 7000 N * m) at high speeds (up to 14,000 rpm) will be used to transmit torque.

The compressor units launch is scheduled for the late spring 2020.
