Energofront strengthens its positions at the power facilities of the Far East

In January 2021 DGK announced a tender for the modernization of drives for the mechanisms of the Neryungrinskaya SDPP, in order to improve the technical parameters, preserve the connection dimensions and replace the electric motors that have exhausted their service life.

The technical solutions proposed by our specialists for replacing the drives of draft, pumping and mill mechanisms with difficult start-up conditions for the needs of the Neryungrinskaya SDPP fully met the requirements of the technical assignment, including the terms of production and delivery, which allowed our company to become the winners of this competition.

The leading manufacturers of Russia - NPO Elsib - are involved in the manufacture of the necessary equipment - engines 2ADO-S-1250 / 800-6000-8 / 10U1, 2ADOT-800-6000-8-R-U1 and 2ADO-630 / 400-6000- 8U1, LLC Ruselprom-electrical machines - engines AOM-355M-6U1, DAV-250-4U3, 5AM225M8UPU3.

The proposed engines will replace the outdated engines of the last century, including the engines of the Armelectromash plant, which has not produced engines for more than 25 years.

It should be noted that all electric motors with severe starting conditions, during installation, are provided with construction supervision and commissioning supervision, by the forces of the EnergoFront service department certified and trained at the manufacturing plants.

The delivery time for the engines required for the Neryungrinskaya SDPP is the 4th quarter of 2021.
