The strategic session, which lasted for several days, has ended at EnergoFront. But these were not boring reports and presentations. It was a deep work on mistakes and a search for solutions that will help us cope with the challenges of today.

We needed not just to write another strategy "for show", but to create a real plan that every employee would believe in.

What difficulties have we encountered?
Getting the team together is half the battle. It was much more difficult to break the old patterns:

What happened?
The main achievement was the creation of a unique atmosphere. During the session, we forgot about the Positions and statuses. In this environment, where there is no pressure from authorities, and only constructive opinion is important, the most vivid ideas that will form the basis of our common success were born.

The session is over, but the work is just beginning. Now EnergoFront has not only a strategy, but also a team of dedicated like-minded people who are ready to bring it to life.
