EnergoFront Company announces an important stage in the implementation of a strategic project to equip the Novolenskaya TPP under construction (Republic of Sakha-Yakutia). In the presence of representatives of the Customer, Inter RAO - Electric Power Generation JSC, the factory testing and acceptance of the first high-pressure feed pump of the TDG670- 15x10 series manufactured by Shanghai Kaiquan Pump was successfully completed.

This event confirms EnergoFront's readiness to perform the most difficult engineering tasks under the conditions of sanctions restrictions and to ensure the energy security of state-scale facilities.

The tests were carried out at the manufacturer's factory stand. As part of the program, EnergoFront specialists, together with the customer's engineers, confirmed:
Operating parameters: the pump has developed the required flow (680 m3/h) and head (2145 m), which corresponds to the specifications of the turnkey project;
Efficiency: The efficiency of the unit is fixed at 81%;
Reliability: vibration diagnostics and control of the cavitation reserve (10.5 m) were performed when working with a high-temperature environment up to 160 °C.
Special attention was paid to checking the operation of the hydraulic coupling (smooth control system) and mechanical seals - critical components for failure-free operation in the extreme climate of Yakutia.

Currently, the equipment (feed pumps) is in mass production. Delivery of the entire PEN line to the Novolenskaya TPP site is scheduled for 2026 in accordance with the facility's commissioning schedule.
It should be recalled that the network pumping equipment for the same station has already been successfully shipped and delivered to the Republic of Sakha along a proven logistics route.
