Description

The EnergoFront company is a manufacturer of district heating pumps of the EFC type. Our production site is located in China, which allows us to reduce production costs. Our technical specialists provide control at all stages of production, which allows us to produce high-quality equipment.

EFC pumps are a new generation of high-efficiency, single-stage, two-inlet, split-casing (horizontal) centrifugal pumps. They are mainly designed for pumping liquids in water treatment plants, air conditioning, heating, building water supply, irrigation, drainage pumping stations, power plants, industrial water supply systems, fire fighting, shipbuilding, mining

EFC series pumps cover a wide range of operating parameters, providing flexibility for use in a variety of conditions

Design Features

Stable operation at high speeds:
EFC type pumps are characterized by stable operation with reduced noise and vibration levels. Thanks to the short distance between the shaft supports, they can operate efficiently at higher speeds.

In-line pipes:
The arrangement of the inlet and outlet pipes “in line” simplifies the piping scheme of an EFC pump and ensures compact installation.

Reverse rotation:
The design of the rotor of EPC type pumps allows operation in reverse rotation mode, which eliminates the risk of damage to the pump unit when a water hammer occurs.

High temperature version:
The use of a central housing support, increased housing wall thickness, and the use of cooled seals and oil-lubricated bearings allow the operation of EPH series pumps at operating fluid temperatures of up to 200 °C.

Convenient installation and reliable sealing:
EPH type pumps allow both vertical and horizontal installation, depending on the operating conditions of the equipment. Mechanical (face) or stuffing box seals can be used as a shaft seal.

Technical advantages

Efficiency is 2–3% higher:
The use of an improved flow part makes it possible to increase the efficiency of pumps of the EFC type by 2-3% compared to pumps of a similar type.

Cavitation reserve NPSHr is lower by 1–3 m:
The permissible suction head (NPSHr) of EPH series pumps is 1–3 meters lower than that of similar split-casing pumps, which reduces foundation construction costs.

Reduced maintenance costs:
The use of bearings from the world’s leading brands, as well as the ability to select materials for other parts according to individual orders, can significantly reduce maintenance costs.

Mechanical seals without adjustment:
Mechanical seals do not require adjustment, making them easy and convenient to replace.

Quick rotor assembly:
The use of an elastic interference fit ensures quick and easy assembly and disassembly of rotor parts.
