Investments in Development: Intensive training for the sales department has been completed at EnergoFront

A three-day training program for the company's sales department was successfully completed at Enerofront. This event is part of the company's ongoing efforts to continuously develop its staff, confirming the idea that our employees are our main asset. Regular training helps us improve the skills of our team to make them as useful and effective as possible to our customers and partners


The goal of the course is to provide comprehensive professional development for specialists. During the three-day course, participants learned key skills necessary to succeed in today's competitive business environment.

The training was held in an interactive format: mini-lectures were alternated with role-playing, group discussions, and analysis of real cases. Active use of video analysis and work situation modeling allowed the participants to not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also immediately put it into practice.
