By 2015, the Siberian Generating Company should build and modernize 1830 MW of electrical capacity. In accordance with the SGK Investment Program, two power units are being modernized at Tom-Usinskaya GRES (220 MW) and Belovskaya GRES (400 MW).
Technical re-equipment facilities. The commissioned capacity of each unit of the Tom-Usinskaya GRES is 110 MW, commissioning is planned for December 2013 and the end of 2014, respectively. At the moment, the administrative and administrative complex has been dismantled, construction of a new one is underway, the foundations of the main building are being laid, the main equipment has been contracted, and the ash dump has been enlarged. The input capacity of each unit of Belovskaya GRES is 200 MW. Commissioning of objects in December 2013 and December 2014. respectively.
Belovskaya GRES
Belovskaya GRES is a large condensing thermal power plant. It is located northeast of the city of Belovo, Kemerovo region. The power plant uses coal from nearby hydraulic mines, as well as industrial products of coal enrichment. The first power unit with a capacity of 200 MW, consisting of a turbine unit and a direct-flow boiler unit with a steam output of 640 m3/h at a pressure of about 14 MN/m2 (140 kgf/cm2), was launched in June 1964; in 1968, with the commissioning of the 6th unit, the station reached its design capacity of 1200 MW.
As part of the implementation of the investment project "Reconstruction. Technical re-equipment of units No. 4, 6 of Belovskaya GRES OJSC Kuzbassenergo" it was necessary to carry out the design and selection of boiler feed pumping units with completely different parameters from the existing ones.
Project support - a division of the Siberian Scientific and Technical Center - OJSC Novosibirsk TEP.
A distinctive feature of this project was the need to solve a complex problem on the following points:
1. Replacement of worn-out pumps (PE-380 and PE-430) with electric motors with modern ones with an increase in pump productivity;
2. Due to the need to regulate the flow range of pumping units, the design solution was to provide for the use of an adjustable drive using a VOITH fluid coupling;
3. Ensuring minimum delivery times, taking into account the completion of work by the planned launch of modernized units.
As a result of careful selection, APE-720-185 units were selected. Instead of the three existing units, two boiler feed pumps PE-720-185-4 with a waste product will operate per unit. In this case, an adjustable drive will be used on one of the two units per block. A fluid coupling has been developed and used as an adjustable drive VOITH type 682 SVNL 33.
Specialists of the EnergoFront group together with CJSC Gidromashservice worked on the task of choosing the optimal electric motor in terms of its parameters, capable of ensuring the operation of the APE-720-185-4 unit in the entire range of declared parameters. At the same time, the problem of adapting the equipment to existing operating conditions was solved. As a result, the choice was made in favor of 4 electric motors with a squirrel-cage rotor produced by NPO Elsib. Overall and connecting dimensions of the electric motor 4AZM-6300.
Together with Sumy Plant Nasosenergomash JSC, specialists from the EnergoFront group carried out work on connecting drives to the pumping units used. Due to the strict seismic resistance conditions at the facility, the use of vibration sensors for each electric motor bearing in two planes of operation was additionally worked out.
Electric motors 4АЗМ-6300/6000 УХЛ4 were delivered to the customer within the agreed time frame.
At the moment, specialists from the service department of OJSC Sumy Plant Nasosenergomash, VOITH and CJSC EnergoFront are carrying out supervision of installation and commissioning of electric pump feed units at the 4th block of Belovskaya GRES.
Tom-Usinskaya GRES
Tom-Usinskaya GRES is the largest thermal power plant in the south of Western Siberia, includes 9 power units with a total installed capacity of 1272 MW. Located in the south of the Kemerovo region, in the Pritomsky district of the city of Myski, 25 km from Novokuznetsk. GRES is designed to cover base loads of the Kuzbass energy system and is part of the Siberian Generating Company Group (SGK).
Construction began in 1953. In 1965, the capacity of the Tom-Usinskaya GRES was increased to its design capacity - 1300 MW. As part of the implementation of power supply agreements (CSA) by the Siberian Generating Company at the Tom-Usinskaya GRES, the technical re-equipment of power units No. 4 and No. 5 is being carried out with the commissioning of two KT-120 turbine units, as a result of which the total installed capacity of the station will increase by 48 MW to 1320 MW.
As part of the implementation of the investment project "Reconstruction. Technical re-equipment of units No. 4, 5 of the Tom-Usinskaya State District Power Plant of OJSC Kuzbassenergo", it was necessary to carry out the design and selection of boiler feed pumping units for the modernized units with increased power.
Project support - a division of the Siberian Scientific and Technical Center - OJSC "Engineering Center for Energy of the Urals".
A distinctive feature of this project was the need to solve a complex problem on the following points:
1. Replacement of worn-out pumps with electric motors with modern ones with an increase in pump productivity.
2. Development and production of a new type of pump with the necessary parameters and ensuring their optimal quantity.
3. Due to the need to regulate the flow range of pumping units, the design solution was to provide for the use of an adjustable drive using a VOITH fluid coupling (one of three).
4. Ensuring minimum delivery times, taking into account the completion of work by the planned launch of modernized units.
Based on the requirements for the technical parameters of the modernized 4th and 5th units, JSC Sumy Plant Nasosenergomash developed a single-casing pumping unit APE-400-185 with the ability to work with an adjustable drive specifically for the TU GRES.
CJSC EnergoFront tested electric motors with a squirrel-cage rotor produced by NPO Elsib OJSC to drive electric boiler feed pump units APE-400-185.
The selection of electric motors was carried out for a pumping unit, specially designed for the operating parameters of boilers 4 and 5 of the Tom-Usinskaya State District Power Plant. They can work either directly with the pump or through a VOITH fluid coupling.
Electric motors 4AZM-3150/6000 UHL4 were manufactured and delivered to the customer (Tom-Usinskaya State District Power Plant) for the reconstructed units 4 and 5 according to the deadlines established by the customer. At the moment, they are being supervised and preparing for commissioning.
