Tests of the batch of pumps for the needs of GSR TETS have been completed

Tests of the second batch of D300-720A network pumps produced by JSC «GMS Livgidromash» for the needs of GSR TETS in Kolpino, have been completed.

Acceptance tests were carried out under the supervision of the Leading Engineer of technical support of LLC «EnergoFront» Pisarevsky I.B., as well as with the presence of representatives of GSR TETS.

Pumping units were tested using standard electric motors in the entire range of flow-pressure characteristics. Vibration and noise indicators were taken during the tests. Upon request of the customer, in addition, pumps were checked for cavitation stock. The level of obtained data showed that the pumps have significant safety margin and performance. According to examination results, pumping units are allowed for shipment and, in the nearest future, will be delivered to GSR TETS to begin installation work in the framework of the second phase of the modernization of the CHP network management center.
